That's not the intent, 5 licenses of ANYTHING, there are some licenses for obscure products that are less than $10 each, so for an additional cost of $50 over the cost of Windows you get access to Volume Licensing, and that gives access to LTSB. In order to get a VL agreement you need an initial purchase of 5 licenses, most people freak out right here "I'm not buying 5 copies of Win 10"!! (for those of us who play in this arena). LTSB is easily obtainable via Volume Licensing, now VL seems like a messy complicated beast but it's not really. ***** Warning, boring techy crap follows***** The statement made in the article that LTSB is out of the reach of Joe Average is misleading.
